The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Please note we cannot not allow returns on any purchases of skincare, hygiene or fragrances. To return any purchases made for dry goods within 30 days of delivery date, please send us an email to email@example.com referencing your order number and delivery information with a request to return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning your item(s).
You can expect a refund of the purchase price within 2-4 weeks after the package has been received. We cannot refund shipping costs unless it was a company error (i.e. you received the wrong or damaged item).
Orders over $75 always ship free! Packages are sent USPS first class or priority mail the same or next day after the order is placed. Your order profile will automatically be updated with tracking information, and sent to you via email, as soon as your order is processed.
We're currently shipping to all countries around the world via DHL! Some countries may have importing restrictions. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or run into difficulties processing your order.
Please note International Shipping rates do not include any duties and you may incur additional costs to complete your delivery.
