The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Please note we cannot not allow returns on any purchases of skincare, hygiene or fragrances. To return any purchases made for dry goods within 30 days of delivery date, please send us an email to email@example.com referencing your order number and delivery information with a request to return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning your item(s).
You can expect a refund of the purchase price within 2-4 weeks after the package has been received. We cannot refund shipping costs unless it was a company error (i.e. you received the wrong or damaged item).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
